After spending more than 30 years in the financial services industry predominantly focused on Real Estate Corporate and Investment Banking with several of the largest regional lending institutions throughout the United States, Scott has recently transitioned into the Beachy Beach Real Estate family full time.  My collective talents will help you in your search for your real estate needs whether it be a primary home, a second home, investment property or even with any commercial needs.  Scott brings an analytical approach to buying and selling real estate that has been crafted over the years from personal investing, corporate experiences as well as property management experience.  Scott's vast experiences will be a valuable tool for both buyers and sellers alike.  

Scott was born and raised in Cleveland, OH and is a loyal and faithful fan to his hometown sports teams (Go Browns!, Cavs! and Indians! [even though they are now called the Guardians]) and is also heavily invested into the Ohio State Buckeyes.  After living more than 30 years in Ohio, Scott accepted several promotional opportunities and relocated throughout the United States to cities such as Panama City Beach, Florida, Denver, Colorado and was also fortunate enough to have called Kihei, Hawaii (on the island of Maui) home.  After some period of time, the Northwest Florida Beaches and Panama City Beach called his family back home where we have lived since 2018.

Scott is married and has 3 children, 3 dogs and a snake (what you won't do for your children!).  He is a resident of Panama City Beach and would love the opportunity to help you find your next real estate property or sell your current real estate investments!
